Mat footing concrete pour to take place the weekend of November 23rd
beginning at 12:01am. This activity will require the closure of 8th ave
as well as Columbia Street. Uninterrupted access will be maintain to the
entry exit of the skyline parking garage. No closure will be required
of any sidewalks beyond our normal closures.
Time Line of Activities:
- 12:01 Close streets / Mobilize Equipment
- 2:00am Begin Concrete Pour
- 2:30pm Complete Pour5:30pm Reopen Streets
- Operation Complete

- 6:00am Testing and Certification of Tower Crane
- 4:30pm Operation complete
